Nylon is a generic designation for a family of synthetic polymers, based on aliphatic or semi-aromatic polyamides. Nylon is a thermoplastic silky material
● Nylon Cable Characteristics:
1. High mechanical strength, good toughness, and tensile strength more than double that of ABS
2. Excellent fatigue resistance, can maintain the original mechanical strength after repeated bending. Commonly used in escalator handrails, new bicycle plastic wheels
3. Smooth surface, small friction coefficient, wear-resistant
4. Corrosion resistance, alkali resistance and most salt solutions, resistance to weak acids, engine oil, gasoline and other solvents
5. Anti-mildew and anti-bacterial, non-toxic, odorless and difficult to burn

Widely used in aircraft low voltage wires, outdoor monitoring equipment wires, traffic ground induction coil cables, also used in lamps, street lamp cables
